You can't even try to do good and pay your debt off. They are rude and my old apartment company doesn't even use them for that very reason. Especially Paul Phillips who will not even tell you what they need for you to do and calls you ""A JOKE"" when you try to pay. I have never dealt with people that won't take my money! \r

If you want to recover your money do not use them!
Cons: rude, belligerent, uncooperative and obviously not capable of collecting a debt.
