The wait is long so put your name down ahead of time, but it's worth it. There are only 2 options on menu, the small size or the larger size plate of meat, and that's it. From there you sit and enjoy. Ask for lean meat if you are watching your weight. Also, it is a tiny place and the boiling water bowls get hot, so wear a tshirt and prepare to sweat.
