I went to Lush after reading the great reviews online. I previously would go to Cavale but grew tired of paying $100 for a hair cut. The lady at Lush took time out to listen to what I wanted and was very knowledgeble about the current trends. She was very experienced, telling me she had been cutting hair for over 15 yrs. She cut my hair about only 2 inches (I told her I liked my hair long) and wanted layers. I can BARELY see the layers. She did a good job cutting my side bangs, to the length I wanted. I paid $62 to just cut 2 inches... plus I tipped the stylist and shampoon girl. I don't feel like Im saving much money compared to Cavale for the average cut she gave me. Also, NONE of my friends or family members even noticed I got a hair cut. Sorry but this place isnt for me. It is definitely an average place and worth giving a try though. I am seriously starting to think about going to those cheap little asian hair salons where I can trim two inches and my bangs for $20.....
Pros: Friendly staff, does not feel snobby or uptight.
Cons: Cheaper than most, but still expensive
