It was a year ago this dec.22 when I was kicked out of the Big 5 store in Downey for no reason by the store's manager. After being a very regular customer of this corporation, after sending proof of how much money I had spent before in their store which it was more than 3 thousand for the last 3 years. To my knowledge nothing was done to the manager who so shamesly kicked me out of the store. It has been a bitter taste for me this whole year. It's been so terrible not knowing why I was treated that way. What made me so sick and still does is this manager threaten me to call the police if I didn't leave. It was so terrible to have many people looking a me as if I was a criminal. I left the place to avoid.everybody looking at me. I am a high school teacher and soccer coach and this guy is treating me like that. When I asked him why, he said because what happened the other day. I complained with the corporation and it took them more than 3 months to respond, and the response was not one that was taking action against this manager. All I asked them was to give me a copy of the reprimanded letter that they should had written to this manager who probably was on something he took. I asked to meet in person with the big 5 people and the manager and they acted like I never asked them that. It has been a year, a year of anguish for been so badly treated. Big 5 is terrible for his good customers! Pros: I used to buy all my sporting needs there. Cons: The service was terrible. more
