Had my car washed inside and out. Asked them to vacuum inside and around my children's carseats. Turns out they loosened my infant's seat and lost a very important clip to keep it installed correctly. I ended up wasting an hour of my time and paying $10 to get the carseat reinstalled. The worst part is is that they refuse to take any responsibility for it at all. All I can say is that their service is substandard as far as cleaning most of the time and that it can be darn right dangerous if you have children in carseats. I am VERY disappointed in their response to my complaint and we will NEVER use their services again.\r
