We took our truck in for a warranty issue and they broke our transmission. They cited that even though it was in their care they were not responsible. They claimed that they couldn't get the truck in gear from the beginning but I have paper work that states they took it for a test drive. My transmission is completely inoperable and they claim all it needs is a service but we have to pay for it. I don't recommend taking any vehicle here. After talking with other family they too have stories of rude sales personnel and service techs. There is NOTHING ""all star"" about all star ford!
