Visited Typhoon last Saturday in a party of 8. Everything started ok but things went downhill rapidly with the arrival of the entrees, all of them were cold. When they came back from a trip to the microwave one by one over a 15 minute period the food was hot but the plates were freezing meaning that the food had gone cold before it was eaten. The wine ?list? was quite disastrous, we decided to order another bottle of our first bottle of wine but it was unavailable as was our second, third and fourth choices so we stayed on water. You would think that nothing could possibly go wrong with that but there was a young waitress going round with a pitcher topping up diners drinking water with the worst attitude imaginable, the water was practically being thrown at everybody. She also had a very rude reaction to being asked a quite civil question about the check which we had already requested from two other members of the staff. When the check finally arrived, about 15 minutes later, to our disgust there was a gratuity of 18% already added, if it had been discretionary it would have been 0%.
