This place has the worst customer service I have ever experience. This husband and wife team is extremely rude and I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in the service industry, let alone the shoe repair business. I chose this place because it was convenient, boy, was that a mistake. I went in on a Sunday and the husband was working alone and although they weren't open, he was nice and took care of me and told me to come back on a day to pick them up. Well, the husband never gave me a service ticket and when I returned the wife YELLED at me and told me it was my fault. She literally was yelling at me about the ticket and about how the ticket tells her what day the shoes are ready. I have never been YELLED at by ANY business owner. On top of that, the credit card machine was ""broken"" and I had to scurry to go and find cash to pay for my over priced shoe fix. I have gotten similar repairs at other places for half the cost. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back and I suggest you stay AWAY!
