The craftsmen at Shoe Savers are truly skilled and talented. I've brought shoes here that have been damaged by other shops, shoes that I never thought I'd wear again, and Shoe Savers performed a miracle on them - they looked as good as new! I'm really picky and it's very difficult for me to find shoes, so I consider each one is an investment. I take all of my shoes here, especially my Jimmy Choos, for everything from preventative maintenance to general overhauls. The shoes always come back looking fantastic. The repairs generally take 1-1.5 weeks, but it's well worth the short wait for the quality! The family is very nice and extremely knowledgeable with suggestions on the best way to take care of your shoes. Recently I had to go to rainy London with only a couple days notice and they were kind enough to get my Jimmy Choo boots ready at the last minute. I've recommended Shoe Savers to everyone I know.
