the employees did not know anything about the products they sell and they don't listen to what you ask over the phone or in the store. you end up like me, buying a an undesireable piece of equipment that you are stuck with and can't use.
Pros: I went there three times and never was satisfied with the way I was treated or the knowledge of the staff.
Cons: Very very poor service.
