If you are looking to find a nice and cheap Filipino breakfast, go to Pinoy Pinay. I only go on the weekends so I'm not sure if they serve the same thing on the week days. I have to warn you, they only take cash. But they have an ATM. I hate service charges so I am so exited that WAMU is opening in the complex. I've been going here since I was a kid. I would recomend this place to any one.
The food is cheap. A 2 item combo is $5.00. WOW!
