The employees that work at this store are rude. They delivered the flowers to the incorrect address and refused to resend them. The clerk hung up on me when I tried to explain that the correct address was. After speaking to other coworkers, I was told that this was to be expected since they had received almost dead flowers from this florist on more than one occasion.
