Correction!!! - Should have given zero stars! Have taken my dogs there for grooming for several years with no problems or complaints. This Sunday I took them in for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. I was asked for proof of vaccinations. I have NEVER been asked for this before. Of course my dogs are vaccinated, but I had removed their collars (with rabies tags) to wash them. They refused to do the grooming even though I have been a customer for years. They would not cut me any slack by letting me bring in proof when I picked the dogs up. Nobody has ever told me I need to bring in proof, nor was it mentioned when I made the appointment. I will never go back there again.
