I have used Becker a few times, and normally the service has been very good. Last time though was odd in that I had an appointment, left the car with them, and after a week I still hadn't heard anything from them. I finally had to have the car back and so I dropped by and they had not even started on it. They explained things had been crazy, which happens to everyone. I was just surprised they hadn't called or anything. \r

These guys have been great for only doing what is really needed. They seem very trustworthy. But my last experience caused some pause, and am not sure what is going on.
Pros: They know what they are doing
Cons: communication is a huge issue
