The comment above was inaccurate, she miss understood what service she asked for. She asked for the wash and fold service which consists of us washing the cloths, folding them and putting them in the bag, not pressing of hanging them. if they come unfolded in the bag its not our fault and sorry if your FOUR bags of clothes were back on time. so there
