Expect a 1-2 hour delay on appt. times. I showed up promptly at 3pm for my appt. I was then told there would be a one hour or longer delay. This was the only time I had to have pictures made and was unable to reschedule within the next 2 weeks. I then asked for a full refund since Olan Mills did not fulfill their end of the contract. They refused to give me a refund. I guess they are in such a dire need for money that they couldn't afford to refund my 6.95. Crying shame. I was very disappointed. Don't go here. Go anywhere else but here. Cons: NO REFUND, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, all over 6.95 PUHLEEEZE. more
