The majority of patrons come out this salon looking great. I was not that lucky - my style had an ""auntie Em' look from the midwest. I am not sure if it was because I am an older patron - all the staff are between 20 - 30 yrs old and addressed me as 'Ms. O' which made me feel 100 years old ( we are all adults, I am not your school teacher!) I am only 42 . I would have preferred a more ""hip & sophisticated"" look ( like the pic i brought in) - we do live in an Metropolitan city and I was not wearing a house coat or outdated clothing. However, my hair felt great, soft and manageable. a la carte service$$$
