We have been taking our dogs to kennels for the past 15 years and I have never been so shocked and appalled as I was when I saw the conditions at Rustic Ridge. I went with my sister-in-law the day she picked up her lhasa apso and was horrified when I first got out of the car and saw the kennel manager yelling ""Shut the F*** Up"" to a couple of dogs who were outside. The outdoor areas looked unkept and several of them were just puddles of muddy water from the rain two days before. I was not impressed with the cleanliness or the hospitality of this kennel. My sister-in-law's dog was dirty and very distressed when we picked him up and this wasn't his first time at a kennel. I want to know that when I leave my beloved pets somewhere that they will be treated well and I don't see that happening at Rustic Ridge!
