I started out with gorgeous long brown locks and all I wanted was my bangs trimmed. Trimmed! The stylist named teresa ended up using that men's razor tool on the sides. Oh my god! Why? Why? If this is a sign that the stylists are inexperienced as*holes, then I don't know what is. A RAZER she used as a last resort because her scissors messed up the first time. All of this happened so quickly that I did not realize that she was such a dope! I thought she knew what she was doing for such a high price tag. Clearly she had no idea what she was doing and now my front looks like a bowl cut. Something does not look quite right at all. I am terribly miserable and ugly now. I don't even look like a girl anymore. Terrible service, too, by the way. Do not go here unless you have a death wish.
