After being a long time customer, and referring everybody who asked for a local dry cleaner, Tip Top cleaners has disgusted me. I will never go back, or recommend it to anybody ever again. I called Tip Top Cleaners on N. Lamar to ask them a question about an item on my invoice that I had just picked up, and was yelled at by a man named Sal. He told me that we weren't ""negotiating a multi-million dollar real estate contract"" and that he ""didn't have the time to discuss three garments for ten minutes"". I reminded him that I was a long time customer, and that I was simply asking a question, and he told me to ""pack up and take my business elsewhere"". That's exactly what I'll be doing. It isn't right for anybody to treat a loyal customer, or even a first time customer, the way I was treated. I'll be going to Ace Cleaners from now on and I encourage the rest of you to do the same.
