Absolute worst apt community in Nashville.If you like to spend WAY too much for rent, not being able to park in front of your apartment at night, rodents in the ceilings, poorly designed cabinets, noisy neighbors, others that nearly run you down in the parking lot, break ins to apartment units (in daylight), no security officer, strict ruling about not storing items in a STORAGE closet, turning the water off just whenever they feel like it, having crews enter your apartment with NO prior notice (not even a knock on the door) for repairs, not able to have an extra lock on the front door for added security then by all means go ahead and rent. But if you are looking for something that feels like home then I suggest you drive right on by and find something else.

Cons: parking, staff, no security
