DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY! They allow independent owner operators to use their name, cars and receipts, but do not take any responsibility if the cabbies over charge, drop off rides at the wrong address and leave, or even threaten the riders. In fact when I called the Safecab dispatcher he told me to ""shove it up my a@@!"" I work at a hotel in Omaha and have witnessed this more than twice. We recommend our guests never use Safeway. They don't even require their cabbies to contact dispatch to report the trip. So if you get into one of their cabs and they don't report to dispatch there is no record you ever rode with them and no recourse if something happens to you.
Cons: very dangerous and you have no recourse
