This was my first time having a professional house cleaning-- it was a gift to me and I was very excited and thought I researched cleaning companies well. The person who came to clean my house was nice-- I showed her around, gave her my cleaning supplies, and was home throughout the 4-hour minimum cleaning time. I checked in a few times to see if there was anything she needed.
Pros: Quick and easy to schedule a cleaner, cleaner was pleasant
Cons: only cleaned front hall and bathroom in 4-hour time slot, poor customer service to remedy this problem
