Well I have lived in the triangle for almost 23 years now and Kanki still remains one of my favorites. The food is obviously always fresh (as it is cooked from raw) and it is prepared effortlessly by great Kabuki chefs. Unless you go for lunch, that is when they set the trainees loose. But the food is still good then, it's just all over the table. I love their ginger sauce, it is the best of any Japanese steakhouse I have ever been to. The Sushi is really great. Have a sit down at the sushi bar and try something different. It isn't all raw fish! Service is almost always great.
Pros: Really good food in a fun atmosphere
Cons: Sitting next to a stranger
