I was treated very poorly not only by the staff but the manager as well. I purchased a gift certificate and had several questions about it. They were unhelpful at first, placed me on hold, hung up on me, and then refused to return my phone calls. When I had a massage at Lulu's the massage therapist poured aromatherapy in my eyes and nose on accident - nothing was offered to make up for this mistake...not even an appropriate apology!!!! Lulu's is a sorry excuse for a salon indicated by its staff as well as the shoddy barn-like structure that they call their building.
