This company has the worst customer service I ever delt with. When you can reach them on the phone they are rude and never very helpful or they put you on hold and leave you there till it is after hours. It took me over 1month to get a new can last summer( this also happened to 2 others that I know when they broke it). I they don't pick up the recycle 1/2 the time. I finally got smart and cancealed my service and I am still waiting for them to pick up their can even though I call and remind them daily.
