This is one of the VERY few places that makes UFO bread. I absolutely love UFO bread. Why is it called UFO Bread? Because it is shaped like a UFO. This is basically a sweet bun. I grew up with this bread and ate it throughout my childhood and hopefully will continue throughout life. The only other place I've seen that sells this is the bakery inside the mitsuwa market.
