This Banfield is located in the local Petsmart and has some nice office staff. Dr. Ohler is the doctor on staff and although she is very knowledgeable, she has NO "bedside manner". She is very biased in what breeds of dog she likes so if you have a controversial breed [pit bull, doberman, german shepherd], you will not be happy here. She is also very biased about cats and lectures pet owners like small children when the owners question her thought process.
