The installer ""ran out"" of tint and left my house w/ the job not completed and with a broken window! He told me he wasn't sure when he would be back. I called Toby, the owner, this mornng and he told me he thought I was going to fix the window, when it was his installer who broke it! He told me that the installer shouldn't have said that...So am I suppose to fix the window his installer broke? Aren't they bonded? I told him that the installer said that Toby would take care of it and he gladly taped the broken glass window until Toby could replace it. Well, this morning I had to call and find out when the window and tint is going to be finished. I was told that they would look at their calendar and see when they can pencil me in?! Are you kidding me?! The guy walked off the job and now I NEED TO RESCHEDULE! Horrible service and follow up! Don't use these guys! I plan to tell all my residential and commercial owners never to use this service and if you know what is good for you, you won't either!
