Roc is a delightful location but our food was really varied. The tuna was outstanding but two of us had a pasta dish with scallops and artichoke which was inedible. Artichoke leaves were thinly sliced and mixed thoughout the pasta; it was tough, fibrous and not digestable...it was impossible to separate it from the pasta. Upon choking on the artichoke we asked to send it back. This is where the service was lacking. There was no apology, no remedy; we were made to feel we were to blame. Proposing a simple alternative would have sufficed but instead they presented us with the full bill. Only upon questioning this did they remove one of the meals....nearly throwing it at us and again offering no apology. Really disappointing; will probably give it one more try but not for a while.
