I think Three Pillars is a great place for anyone looking to shape up and at the same time delve into the creation of a spiritual center. There is a tremendous variety of activities which are taught by some really great instructors. Whatever your interest, you will find that Tim tries to accomodate you by finding the best folks in our area. You should give Three Pillars a try. I love my kickboxing class.
Pros: Small class size, friendly staff and clients, clean and comfortable atmosphere
Cons: Parking is a problem in Hyde Park always.
