OK, I'm not one to bash a business especially if they can live up to their expectations, and not to mention THEIR NAME! BUT, this place does not have their act together. I went to get a simple raised letter business card printed. Black and white very simple. I provided the logo and information and asked that the lettering be printed in 'sans-serif' fonts. I am not a printing professional, but 'sans-serif' means a font like Arial without the curly q's that Times New Roman has. I recieve a cold phone call 3 days later that says, ""Your proof is ready for approval"" I go to Speedi-Print and sure enough the lettering is a 'serif' font. OK, I thought - I just need these done to promote my business, I'll take them any way I can get them. I approve and pre-pay somewhere around 60 bucks for 500 cards. A week goes by, I call on a Monday. I said, ""I'm calling to check on the status of my cards"" the reply was, ""Oh, they should be here this afternoon or tomorrow."" I wait a day, and I am busy so my partner decides to go down and talk to them. He finds out the cards were never sent out and the proof was sitting under the counter untouched. The owner didn't apologize and refunded the money--he obviously doesn't care about service and the name of his business SPEEDI-PRINT. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Pros: Lack of service without a smile. Cons: I haven't found one redeeming quality about this business. more
