I just moved to Charlotte from Malibu and I was afraid that I would not find anything of the same caliber and I FOUND IT!!!! Urbana is sleek and polished yet still comforting and welcoming. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and offered tea from the various selections. The tea specialists were very knowledgable and recommended a tea that would fit my desires. The massage was outstanding, they only have top therapists working there. Urbana offers very unique massage like the Ashiatsu and Thai, which no other spa offers. I was able to lounge after my massage and relax instead of being herded out. Urbana is Urbane! Simply Satisfying.
