This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon! There were multipe appointments that were confused (and several other unhappy customers) and the staff was not proactive. Instead of starting to help people they stood around and argued among themselves about what they were going to do, I should mention it is also the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. After 2 hours I finally was finished and when I complained the ""owner"" was called and said that since the appointment was booked correctly there was nothing she could do to compensate me. Meanwhile I was asked over 3x if I wanted a manicure and what my name was, so if it was booked correctly why did no one know my name or what I needed done? The owner then had the audacity to say I was late to my appointment which was an insane LIE, I was about 5 minutes early! I do not understand how this salon is still running?? I BEG YOU... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
Pros: The owner does not know proper etiquette, salon is completely disorganized
