I used them three times, each time worse than before until I finally sent the last cleaning lady packing a full hour early (with pay). Disaster from beginning to end, starting with her refusing to vacuum the floor before mopping (yes, she mopped over the dust), to dragging furniture and scratching my hardwood floors to wiping the TV, windows, and photos with a waxed cloth for furniture, leaving a waxy coat on everything! And before I could stop her, she cleaned the bathroom tile with Murphy's Oil Soap. But the worst was her insistence that she was one of their best cleaners. To top it off, when I called to complain I was told it must have been a ""personality issue"". Never again.
