In my opinion the taste of a great burger is inversely proportional to the amount of machine drilled holes equidistant apart from each other to make the patty ""bigger"". Of course this is not always true, but I think that it clearly shows what is more important to a restaurant, the quality of the food, or the profit margin on the food.
Pros: Everything about the food and service
Cons: You have to know where you're going, or get a GPS guide.
