El Tejado is the most authentic actual sit down restuarant in the Denver Metro area that isn't one of those really small places where you actually have to speak spanish to order. El Tejado will give you a huge variey on the menu and dishes that are native to Mexico. Sunday's are terribly busy as there is usually a strolling mariachi band. There are usually lots and lots of Mexican National families which add to the ambiance. The food is wonderful.
