They quoted me a price for fixing my lamp. when I went to pick it up they price was $25 more than I was quoted, even though the electrician checkecd the price of the parts with me in front of him. I played phone tag with them for weeks about correcting the price. Then I got a (rude) message that the price was fixed and I should come pick it up. I went to pick it up again, and the price was not corrected. I finally spoke with the electrician who yelled at me and told me I was lying. Then I spoke to the president of the company who yelled at me and said ""You are right, I am not good at customer service which is why no one talks to me!"" Do not give these people your business. You will only give yourself a headache.
