My family and i have been pretty regular customers to this location in saratoga, but lately i have become somehow dissapointed on the quality of service from the current manager whose nametag reads as ""Bob"" and i've noticed he goes outside regularly to smoke and when he get back in, he does not wash his hands and immediately starts serving bread to clients and take care of the take out. He is very rude when approach a table and is not very friendly. They should be more careful as to who to select as a manager for this location, because just like myself, there may be others that have noticed the samething and this will prevent us form coming in the future.
