I called to make an appointment and twice they called me back saying they had to change my appointment time because the stylist had 1) a wedding to do and 2) wasn't going to be in the day of my appointment (which was a Saturday). When I called back the second time they said that she doesn't come in on the weekends! Why was I given two appointments with her on Saturdays when she isn't even scheduled to be in on the weekends? The receptionist gave me the usual ""we don't believe in customer service"" attitude and just hung up.
