I have no doubt that Dorfman Property management is OK from an owners' point of view (I really can't say), but as a potential tenant I was very disappointed. When I was contacted about seeing a property I had expressed interest in, the representative was very inflexible as to when she could show the property and was rather ""snooty"" in general. It was my impression that transactions with this company are at THEIR convenience. If they have this attitude BEFORE you sign a lease, how much more so will it be AFTER you sign? I didn't even bother to look at this property and when I came across one of their listings after the fact, I immediately ruled it out. You would think that with the ""high end"" properties that I was inquiring about DPM would provide adequate customer service.
Cons: customer service, attitude
