Went to Roux 3 Friday night for one of the best dinners I have had in quite while. Enjoyed a glass of wine at the cozy bar. The server was very professional and reccomended excellent dishes. I Had fresh as can be tuna appetizer and perfectly done sea scallops with a mushroom risotto. My dining companions' entrees looked equally appealing, tender filet over grilled onions and a great looking and tasting halibut dish. The choclate bread pudding provided a wonderful punctuation to the meal. I can't wait to head there again with my friends. We are hoping Mike will be our server again. It is nice not having to drive anymore all the way into the city to have a great meal and service.
