Overall, I have enjoyed this gym in the year or so that I've been a member. But it is very, very small. The space is vertical (four floors up and down) and very tight on each floor. Machines are extremely close together and there is little room for free weights, stretching or other exercises. The cardio equipment is good (if you're into treadmills and crosstrainers) and each piece has its own flat-screen TV. But there isn't a huge variety. I like rowing machines for a change of pace, and this gym has only ONE (and it's stuck between two crosstrainers in a cramped space).
The clientele is uniformly young and attractive, which is nice, but darn it, they should have picked a bigger building.
Hours are excellent - they are open til 11 on weeknights, which is great for nighttime exercisers like me.
