This shop botched my wheel repair. I brought the bike back, asking that they really fix it, please, only to catch haughty attitude from the mechanic, too busy watching a DVD to pay attention to the work. They tell you the work will be done by a certain day, but don't meet the deadline. They also don't contact you to tell you they're running late or they're finished. The icing on the cake is they think they're cool guys, working in the Montrose, making little inside jokes and ignoring the customers. Despite the convenience of a neighborhood repair shop, you're better off nearly anywhere else.
