It was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in 34 years. Our server was inattentive, rushed and even insulted my husband for ordering a steak medium. Tables around us received their food and finished their meal while we were still on bread! Our order was obviously lost or forgotten, and no one had the courage to admit to the mistake. Whe we asked to speak with a manager, we were sent another server in an apron. No manager on duty? An hour and 30 minutes after being seated (a 35 minute wait on the patio on top of that!) we finally left without even eating.
