I needed a passport photo at the last minute. I went to Walgreens downtown, and then took my application and photos right to the post office for processing. The clerk at the post office told me that my photos had a shadow and they would be rejected!
I found J and R Photo on the skywalk (580 Walnut) and they gave me a new passport photo. It only took 3 minutes! Most of all, it was accepted the first time by the post office.
