With regard to the opinion of the other reveiwer, who has ever used a cleaners or other service requiring a ticket. Suppose you went into your cleaner and did not have your stub, whose word is it that you did or did not bring in the items you say you did. Don't all service oriented companies require proof, computer stores when you drop off, etc. As to their customer service, I have shopped with Bennie's for years, and although it is a unique experience, it is always honest and forthright. The sales people are knowledgable and courteous. Shop at Bennie's, a good Atlanta family.
