I arrived on time for my appointment and was made to wait over 20 minutes then was told they would "squeeze" in my service! The spa itself lacks the spa feel, it is in an office building and feels more like a doctor's office than a spa. Being a therapist myself (longer than the owner), I found it odd and a bit offensive that the owner would self proclaim herself as a MASTER THERAPIST....I am not aware of a title like that and from what I was told she has only been a therapist for a few years.
