I recently was in the market for a used, late model sedan.\r
I went to see what Carmax had to offer. The air of the place is harried. The customer contact person was loud and stressed out. We test drove a car, and did not end up purchasing the car because the poor condition it was in. This was a high priced luxury car, but it was grubby and poorly maintained. I don't feel that it was a good reflection upon the dealership. I got the feeling that some of the cars ther were not well card for, so buyer beware.
