I grew up in NY, and am therefore used to excellent pizza. Carmine's is decent as far as trying to emulate NY style pizza. I've been to several pizza places in Dallas so far (and I do not consider chain pizza places in my search), and Carmine's is at the top for the time being. It's certainly not the best pizza out there, but it's still good! If you want a good, classic pizza, definitely check them out! I was very pleased with quick wait time (they make your pie as soon as you put in your order, and it's done about 15 minutes later).
